4. Refund Procedure

  • Report Not Delivered: If you do not receive your report within a reasonable time frame.
  • Report Does Not Match Vehicle: If the report received is for a different vehicle.
  • No Data Found: If no data is available for the provided registration or VIN.

4.2. How to Request a Refund

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Auto Services shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
